Accenture is seeking a Senior Custom Software Engineer with expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) to join our team in Gurugram, Haryana. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, coding, and enhancing custom software solutions that improve system and application components. You'll leverage modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. Your responsibilities will include acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating with and leading teams, making critical project decisions, and providing solutions across multiple teams. You will also drive process improvements, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure project success. This role demands a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, coupled with proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and integration techniques. A minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) is required, along with a 15-year full-time education background.
