Accenture is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to join our team in Gurugram. In this role, you will design, develop, and configure custom solutions within the ServiceNow platform to meet specific business requirements. You will be responsible for enhancing existing applications, integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, and ensuring optimal performance and usability.
A typical day involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, translating them into functional software, and contributing to team discussions to resolve technical challenges. You will also maintain and update applications, document configurations, and support junior team members.
This position requires a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and a proven ability to administer and customize ServiceNow tools. Experience with scripting and automation within ServiceNow is beneficial.
