Accenture is seeking a Senior ServiceNow CSM Developer to lead the design, build, and configuration of applications. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure application requirements are met and overseeing the development process. You will guide team members, engage in problem-solving, and ensure applications align with business needs and user expectations, while prioritizing quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
As an expert in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM), you will be responsible for team decisions, contributing to key decisions across multiple teams, and providing effective solutions to complex problems. You will also facilitate knowledge sharing to enhance team capabilities and monitor project progress to ensure timely milestone delivery.
This position requires a strong understanding of application design principles, configuration management, and change management processes, along with familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. A minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow CSM is essential.
