Accenture is seeking a Custom Software Engineer to design, code, and enhance software components for custom solutions. In this role, you will leverage modern frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver scalable, high-performing software tailored to specific business needs. You will work independently, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to technical challenges. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand and translate project requirements into technical solutions is key. You will maintain and enhance existing software components, document development processes, and assist junior team members. This role requires a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile Methodologies. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Contact Center Technology Implementation is essential. Experience with Contact Center Technology Capabilities and performance optimization techniques is beneficial. This position is based in our Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu office. A 15-year full-time education is required.
