Accenture is seeking a skilled MES Software Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru/Bangalore, Karnataka. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing custom software solutions, with a specific focus on implementing template-based MES recipes using Rockwell FactoryTalk PharmaSuite (FTPS) for pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including process engineers and manufacturing personnel, to map and optimize end-to-end pharmaceutical workflows, particularly in the biologics sector. Your work will involve ensuring seamless integration with automation (DCS) and enterprise systems, while strictly adhering to pharmaceutical regulations such as GMP, GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11.
Key responsibilities include developing reusable recipe structures, participating in the full MES lifecycle from design and validation to deployment and support, and performing recipe testing and troubleshooting within SDLC methodologies. You will also contribute to data historian integration and maintain MES systems in a validated state.
This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in MES recipe design and deployment within pharmaceutical manufacturing, and a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and relevant industry regulations.
