NatWest Group is seeking a Senior Software Engineer at the Associate Vice President (AVP) level to join our team in Gurugram, Haryana. In this role, you will engineer and maintain innovative, customer-centric, high-performance, secure, and robust software solutions. You'll work within a feature team, leveraging your extensive experience to develop complex software, scripts, and tools. This position involves close collaboration with other engineers, architects, and business analysts across the platform, contributing to the full software development lifecycle – from initial development and enhancement to maintenance and decommissioning.
You will be responsible for rapidly producing high-quality, business-adding software. This role offers a significant opportunity to optimize our software engineering capabilities, design, develop, test, and implement working code, and actively participate in all phases from requirements analysis and design through to coding, testing, deployment, and operations.
We are looking for candidates with a strong background in software engineering, design, and architecture, with a clear understanding of how your expertise benefits our customers. This role requires a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
