Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will lead moderately complex technical initiatives, contributing to large-scale strategic planning. You'll be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, including designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting for various projects and programs, including upgrades and deployments.
You will tackle moderately complex technical challenges, requiring in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures. You'll resolve intricate issues and guide teams to meet client needs, leveraging your understanding of the function, policies, and compliance requirements. Collaboration with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers is key to resolving technical challenges and achieving project goals.
As a senior engineer, you will act as a project lead and an escalation point, providing guidance and direction to less experienced staff. This is an individual contributor role with full ownership of a medium-complexity business application.
