EPAM is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, governance, and evolution of our web and mobile analytics architecture. You will be the go-to expert for Adobe Analytics, responsible for the Solution Design Reference (SDR), driving analytics governance, and ensuring measurement standards are embedded across all platforms. This role involves translating complex business needs into actionable tracking requirements, managing data quality, and preparing the organization for next-generation platforms like Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). You will partner with product, engineering, and delivery teams to define and enforce instrumentation standards for web, mobile, and experiments, while also providing analytics education and documentation.
Key Responsibilities: * Own and evolve the Solution Design Reference (SDR) for web and mobile analytics. * Design and govern analytics registry architecture and journey taxonomies. * Lead the analytics governance framework, including change control and data quality. * Act as the primary escalation point for Adobe Analytics best practices. * Evaluate and advise on migration strategies for AEP and CJA. * Embed analytics requirements into product discovery and design. * Define and enforce standards for experiment and A/B test instrumentation. * Drive analytics education and awareness across delivery teams.
