Ethics Infotech LLP is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in .NET Core to join our team in Vadodara, Gujarat. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of complex software applications. You will write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, develop web and enterprise applications using ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and WPF, and ensure software meets functional and non-functional requirements like performance, scalability, and security.
You will provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, review code for quality and consistency, and assist in troubleshooting technical issues. Collaboration with project managers, business analysts, UI/UX designers, and front-end developers will be key to delivering solutions that meet business needs. You will also participate in agile development practices, analyze and optimize application performance, and document technical solutions.
We require a minimum of 4 years of software development experience using .NET technologies, with strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, and Web API. Experience with front-end technologies like Angular or React (1-2 years), SQL Server, and version control systems (Git, SVN) is essential. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and web services (SOAP, JSON, XML) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills are required.
