Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will lead moderately complex technical initiatives, contributing to large-scale strategic planning. You will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, including designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting solutions for projects and programs. This includes managing upgrades and deployments. You will tackle moderately complex technical challenges, requiring in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures. You will resolve issues and guide a team to meet current and future client needs, utilizing a strong understanding of relevant policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaboration with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers is essential to resolve technical challenges and achieve team goals. As a project lead, you will also serve as an escalation point and provide guidance to less experienced staff.
**Required Qualifications:** * 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or an equivalent combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
