As a Custom Software Engineer at Accenture in Bengaluru, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and configuring applications to precisely meet evolving business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve close collaboration with your team to understand project needs, developing robust application features, and ensuring smooth and efficient application performance. You will actively participate in testing and debugging to enhance user experience and system efficiency. We seek talented technical professionals with proven experience in developing cloud-native microservices using Java. You will be adept at writing high-quality, well-tested code, advocating for technical excellence, and demonstrating resilience in ambiguous situations. Proficiency in DevOps technologies such as Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure DevOps (ADO), Azure Key Vault (AKV), Azure Container Registry (ACR), API Management/Swagger, Log Analytics, and Application Insights, or similar, is highly valued. You will possess rich experience with cloud data management solutions including PostgreSQL, Redis, Event Hub, and Kafka. A strong understanding of Kubernetes and containerized environments is essential. You will take ownership of the entire software lifecycle, from ideation through development, deployment, and operations, designing and building world-class solutions. Leveraging continuous delivery practices, you will deliver high-quality software and provide incremental value to end customers. Working within collaborative, cross-cultural, value-driven teams, you will contribute to delivering innovative customer experiences and championing best technologies and practices. Developing with scale and speed in a dynamic environment, you will actively participate in team discussions, contribute to problem-solving, assist with documentation, and engage in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition is required, along with a 15-year full-time education.
