Accenture is seeking a skilled Senior Blockchain Engineer to join our team in Gurugram. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, coding, and enhancing custom software solutions, focusing on blockchain technologies. You will leverage modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs, with a strong emphasis on Hyperledger Besu and smart contract development.
You will be expected to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating with and managing teams to ensure successful project delivery. This includes making key decisions, providing solutions to complex problems, and leading process improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and software quality.
Key responsibilities include: * Designing and developing tailored software solutions. * Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient software products. * Participating in iterative development cycles and refining software to meet evolving business requirements. * Mentoring junior team members. * Coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. * Facilitating effective communication within and across teams. * Developing custom software solutions for asset tokenization (fungible, non-fungible, and hybrid) and stablecoin integrations. * Applying security fundamentals (key management, enclave/HSM concepts, secure enclaves) and data privacy patterns (selective disclosure, ZK concepts).
