Accenture is seeking a skilled AI Software Engineer to join our team in Gurugram, Haryana. In this role, you will develop custom software solutions, focusing on designing, coding, and enhancing components for various systems and applications. You will leverage modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. Your responsibilities will include analyzing, designing, coding, and testing application components, as well as performing maintenance and enhancement tasks to ensure optimal application performance and client satisfaction. Collaboration with team members will be a key aspect of this role.
This position specifically focuses on consuming, integrating, and operationalizing advanced AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Small Language Models (SLMs), into secure, governed, and scalable business solutions. You will be instrumental in implementing governance by design, including data-handling policies and prompt redaction. Your work will involve prompt/agent CI/CD with evaluation gates, managing the model lifecycle (SLM/LoRA fine-tuning, synthetic augmentation), and implementing robust observability for tracing, latency, and cost SLOs, with alerts for hallucination and safety incidents. You will also develop APIs and microservices for AI integration and partner with business stakeholders to identify and validate use cases.
**Required Skills:** Proficiency in Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence, strong understanding of ML algorithms, data preprocessing, feature engineering, and familiarity with Python or R.
**Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience is required.
**Education:** 15 years of full-time education is required.
