Accenture is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with a focus on Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Integrations for our Bengaluru office. In this role, you will design, code, and enhance custom software solutions to meet specific business needs. You will leverage modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing components across systems and applications.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM, Integration, and ITAM modules.
- Implementing data quality checks, resolving discovery errors, and enforcing CMDB policies.
- Building REST/SOAP integrations with third-party tools (e.g., SCCM, Azure, SolarWinds, Intune) to enrich CMDB data.
- Utilizing JavaScript, Business Rules, and Integrations Hub for process automation and custom solution development.
- Applying expertise in ITAM, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
- Proficiently using JavaScript, Flow Designer, MID Servers, and API Integrations.
- Applying strong knowledge of ITIL (v3/v4) principles, particularly in configuration and asset management.
- Analyzing, reconciling, and managing data quality using identification and reconciliation engines (IRE).
- Collaborating with team members, contributing to solutions, and participating in code reviews.
This role requires a minimum of 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience, with a strong emphasis on CMDB. A 15-year full-time education is also a requirement.
