Accenture is seeking a skilled Custom Software Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru/Bangalore, Karnataka. In this role, you will design, code, and enhance custom software solutions tailored to specific business needs. You will leverage modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing components across various systems and applications. Your responsibilities will include independent problem-solving, contributing to team discussions, and actively participating in delivering solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, maintain and improve existing software, and document technical specifications. A key aspect of this role is guiding and supporting junior team members. We require proficiency in OMP Plus, a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, experience with scalable software architectures, and familiarity with version control and collaborative development tools. A minimum of 3 years of experience with OMP Plus is essential, along with a 15-year full-time education qualification.
