Accenture is seeking a Custom Software Engineer with a strong background in SAP CO Management Accounting to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing custom software solutions, enhancing existing components, and delivering scalable, high-performing applications tailored to specific business needs. You will leverage modern frameworks and agile practices throughout the design, coding, and testing phases. Your daily responsibilities will include analyzing requirements, developing and testing application code, and engaging in maintenance and enhancement tasks to ensure optimal application performance. Collaboration with team members and cross-functional groups is key to your success as you contribute to problem-solving and provide technical insights. This role requires a proactive individual expected to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and actively contribute to team discussions and solution development. You will also be responsible for documenting code changes and development processes. A minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting is required, along with a strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis, cost center accounting, internal order management, and SAP CO module integration. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to troubleshoot and resolve management accounting-related issues. This position requires 15 years of full-time education.
