Accenture is seeking a skilled Workday HCM Security Engineer for our Chennai team. In this role, you will be instrumental in defining requirements and designing applications to meet intricate business process and enterprise software system needs. You will leverage your expertise in Workday HCM Security, including role-based access controls, security configurations, and compliance within enterprise systems. Your responsibilities will involve analyzing integration points and data flows between Workday modules and external systems, as well as contributing to Workday Core Integrations. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, analyze existing workflows, propose enhancements, and ensure solutions effectively support business objectives. This position requires independent contribution, active participation in team discussions, and the ability to provide solutions to work-related challenges. You will also assist in troubleshooting technical issues, documenting application designs, and supporting junior team members.
**Minimum 3 years of experience is required.** **Educational Qualification: 15 years of full-time education is required.**
