Accenture is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Software Engineer for our Pune, Maharashtra office. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, coding, and enhancing custom software solutions to meet specific manufacturing business needs. You will leverage your expertise in system integration, Java, Python, and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing components. A significant part of your work will involve utilizing and potentially extending Manufacturing Engineering MES, with a focus on Werum Manufacturing Execution Solution PAS-X. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze project requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and contribute to key decisions. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor team members.
**Key Responsibilities:** * Design, code, and enhance custom software solutions for MES. * Collaborate with teams to integrate systems and manage data effectively. * Apply modern frameworks and agile practices for scalable, high-performing solutions. * Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and contribute to team decisions. * Analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications. * Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team.
