Accenture is seeking a skilled Workday Integrations Software Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and enhancing custom software solutions and components across various systems and applications. You will leverage modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs, focusing on Workday Core Integrations. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data mapping and system integrations, and ensuring data accuracy during migration and conversion activities. You will also contribute to documenting software design and development processes and supporting junior team members. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience, with a strong focus on Workday Data Mapping & Conversions, data integration techniques, and complex data structures.
