Accenture is seeking a Custom Software Engineer specializing in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will design, configure, and enhance SAP SD processes, leveraging AI copilots and assisted development tools to accelerate requirement analysis, configuration, testing, and documentation. You will focus on delivering efficient Order to Cash (O2C) solutions, integrating pre-built AI services to improve productivity. Key responsibilities include configuring SAP SD components (Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Credit Management, Returns), using AI copilots for functional specs and test case generation, and supporting end-to-end implementation cycles. You will integrate SD with other SAP modules and external systems via APIs and middleware. The role emphasizes AI-assisted productivity through tools for process analysis, pricing diagnostics, impact analysis, test execution, and documentation automation. You will also incorporate pre-built AI features into SD workflows and utilize LLM assistance for troubleshooting. Ensuring solutions adhere to organizational SDLC practices, audit controls, and compliance is crucial. You will collaborate with logistics, finance, supply chain, and technical teams to achieve end-to-end O2C alignment. A minimum of 3 years of SAP SD experience is required, along with hands-on experience using AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing/analysis tools. Strong understanding of O2C processes and SAP SD/FI and SD/MM integrations is essential. You should have the ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SD process flows and understand responsible AI usage. General skills include strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and a continuous learning mindset. SAP SD Certification (S/4HANA Sales) and experience with SAP Fiori apps are considered good to have.
