Accenture is seeking a talented Senior Workday Studio Developer with an AI-first mindset to design and deliver innovative, AI-ready Workday solutions. In this role, you will build and run bespoke AI applications and agents tailored to specific customer requirements, leveraging Generative and Agentic AI frameworks to drive business transformation. You will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements, collaborating with team members to understand project needs and develop scalable, high-performing solutions. Your responsibilities will include leading AI-driven solution design and delivery, applying AI to address complex business challenges, and integrating intelligent insights into enterprise workflows. You will be expected to perform independently, become a subject matter expert, and actively contribute to team discussions and problem-solving. Additionally, you will assist in documenting application processes, engage in code reviews, and troubleshoot application issues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing custom software solutions using Workday Studio and modern frameworks.
- Applying Generative and Agentic AI to solve complex business problems and automate processes.
- Collaborating with teams to understand and meet business requirements.
- Testing, troubleshooting, and enhancing application performance.
- Contributing to solution design and documentation.
We are looking for a forward-thinking professional with a strong understanding of application development methodologies, data modeling, database design, and integration techniques. Proficiency in Workday Studio is essential, and experience with Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks is highly desirable.
