**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and deliver high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned languages, frameworks, and tools.
- Ensure code scalability, maintainability, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and solution strategies.
- Participate in code reviews, promoting a culture of quality and knowledge sharing.
- Stay abreast of technology trends and contribute to internal technical communities.
- Implement secure coding practices and effective unit testing.
- Design and build technical demos, workshops, and code samples to support educational initiatives.
- Champion the adoption of modern engineering practices like CI/CD, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Leverage foundational AI concepts and experience with agentic applications, AI-powered development environments, and agentic IDEs.
**Essential Skills:**
- Strong software engineering background with hands-on experience in modern development practices.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go).
- Experience building technical demos, workshops, and prototypes.
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
- Strong technical writing skills, able to simplify complex concepts.
- Ability to learn quickly, validate through POCs, and collaborate effectively.
- Foundational understanding of AI concepts and experience with agentic applications.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered development environments and agentic IDEs.
**Highly Valued Skills:**
- Experience in developer education, enablement, or technical advocacy.
- Background in hosting technical workshops, hackathons, or meetups.
- Familiarity with open-source software and community development.
- Experience implementing documentation-as-code practices.
