DocuSign is seeking a motivated Full Stack Software Engineer to join our commerce platform team in Bengaluru. You will be an integral part of a close-knit development pod, responsible for developing, testing, and supporting features and experiments on ecom.docusign.com and adjacent experiences. This role offers significant learning opportunities with end-to-end customer experience ownership, requiring collaboration across product and engineering. As an individual contributor, you will report to the Engineering Manager, Commerce Platform. Your responsibilities will include developing high-quality, scalable, and fault-tolerant systems with robust test coverage. You will partner with Product Management and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into end-to-end architecture and system designs. You will also mentor other engineers and represent the PLG engineering organization in stakeholder discussions, identifying and building Proofs of Concept (POCs) to address technical challenges and recommend scalable solutions. Experience presenting software architecture to executives is a plus.
This is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in our Bengaluru office.
