Evernorth Health Services is seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and testing Pega PRPC solutions and related infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with technical leads, delivery managers, system architects, and team members, taking ownership of triage, debugging, surveillance, and monitoring.
Your responsibilities will include analyzing and supporting the implementation of Pega solutions and frameworks, focusing on Pega 8.8.x and Pega Healthcare Management. You will create reusable components to enhance customer experience, translate business requirements into technical specifications using PegaSystems BPM methodology, and implement key Pega features like integration services, case management, GetNext, and Agents.
We expect you to conduct thorough code and design reviews, support testing phases (unit, integration, UAT), and assist with packaging and deployment. You will also refine integrations, provide third-level support, monitor system performance, and actively participate in scrum ceremonies and design sessions to maximize application efficiency.
