Accenture is seeking a Custom Software Engineer in Gurugram, Haryana. In this role, you will develop, code, and enhance custom software solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing applications tailored to specific business needs. You will collaborate with teams to understand requirements, participate in problem-solving, and contribute to the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experience with Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development is a must. Your responsibilities will include examining and evaluating current systems, identifying system requirements, and liaising with users. You will support software development and documentation, provide test data, and create business requirement documents (BRDs) and solution design documents. A solid understanding of the SDLC process, including user acceptance testing (UAT), is required. Experience in the Aviation Domain, including flight operations and crew management, is beneficial. Proficiency in business analysis, project management, and tools like Visio, Project, Word, and Excel is also valuable. This is a full-time, on-site position in Gurugram, requiring 5 days a week in the office.
