Accenture is seeking a skilled SAP ABAP Developer with a focus on custom software engineering for our Gurugram office. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, coding, and enhancing components within SAP systems and applications, specifically for SAP HANA environments. You will leverage modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing custom software solutions that address unique business needs.
Your responsibilities will include developing and optimizing custom code, applying SAP ABAP programming best practices, and performance tuning and debugging SAP HANA applications. You will also work with modern development tools and frameworks within the SAP ecosystem and integrate SAP ABAP solutions with other enterprise systems.
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will collaborate with various teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to complex technical challenges. You will also lead process improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and software quality, mentor junior team members, and coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
