Accenture is seeking an experienced Custom Software Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will design, code, and enhance custom software solutions, leveraging modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing applications tailored to specific business needs. You will work independently, become a Subject Matter Expert (SME), and actively contribute to team discussions and problem-solving. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, improving existing software applications, supporting junior team members, and participating in code reviews to ensure quality and continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and enhance custom software components across systems and applications. * Apply modern development frameworks and agile methodologies. * Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud-based applications. * Manage and deploy solutions using Amazon Web Services (AWS). * Automate cloud resource management through scripting. * Ensure adherence to networking concepts and security best practices in cloud environments. * Analyze requirements and provide technical solutions. * Maintain and improve existing software for enhanced performance and user experience. * Mentor and guide junior engineers. * Conduct and participate in code reviews.
**Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS). * Proficiency in Software Development Lifecycle and Agile Methodologies. * Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment on AWS. * Ability to design scalable and secure cloud-based applications. * Knowledge of automation tools and scripting for cloud resource management. * Understanding of networking concepts and security best practices within cloud environments. * 15 years of full-time education.
