Join Accenture in Bengaluru as an IBM Maximo Software Engineer, focusing on developing custom software solutions to meet specific business needs. You will design, code, and enhance components across systems and applications, leveraging modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with teams to analyze requirements, creating functional and technical design documentation for IBM Maximo, and providing technical guidance. You'll also participate in code reviews, testing, quality assurance, presales, and asset development activities. We are looking for candidates with strong experience in IBM Maximo, including MAS 8 upgrade and mobile solution development, as well as a good understanding of EAM and Inventory Management. Experience with Java, Python, SQL, and web technologies is a plus, alongside a deep understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies. Experience in integrating IBM Maximo with other enterprise systems and in industry solutions like Maximo for Utilities or Oil & Gas is beneficial. A minimum of 3 years of dedicated IBM Maximo experience is required, along with 15 years of full-time education.
