Accenture is seeking a Senior Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Engineer to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra. In this role, you will develop and enhance custom software solutions, focusing on Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS) and leveraging AI capabilities to drive business outcomes. You will be responsible for enabling and operationalizing embedded Oracle AI features within ICS workflows, including configuration, security, role controls, and adoption. This involves running use-case discovery workshops, mapping business needs to Oracle AI features, and defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and adoption metrics. You will implement Oracle AI governance, such as access controls, auditability, human-in-the-loop approvals, and responsible-use guardrails. Responsibilities also include safely extending Oracle screens and processes using supported extensions/APIs to ensure AI outputs are integrated correctly into workflow states without compromising compliance. You will deliver phased deployment strategies, training, and hypercare support, with a focus on measurable improvements in productivity and cycle time. Key technical skills include deep hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS), Oracle security roles and workflow states configuration, integration basics (APIs, events), and a strong testing mindset. Familiarity with telemetry, audit logs, and KPI tracking is also essential. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
