Accenture is seeking a Senior Custom Software Engineer to lead the design, build, and configuration of applications. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact, collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met. You will facilitate discussions, guide the development process, and contribute to strategic planning to enhance application performance and user experience.
Key responsibilities include acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating with and managing teams, making team decisions, and engaging with multiple teams on critical project decisions. You will provide solutions to immediate team problems and across multiple teams, mentor junior engineers, and facilitate team meetings.
This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in Spring Boot and a strong foundation in Java. You will leverage your expertise in REST API Design, GraphQL Schema Design, NoSQL Data Modeling, and data streaming technologies like Confluent Kafka. Experience with Spring Batch and Spring Cloud is essential. Hands-on experience with authentication and authorization (OAuth 2.0, MSFT EntraID) and familiarity with Azure Cloud Services (App Services, Azure Monitor, API Management) are required. While not mandatory, any AI skills are a plus.
A 15-year full-time education is a requirement for this role, which is based in Pune, Maharashtra.
