Accenture is seeking a Custom Software Engineer with a focus on Business Intelligence to join our team in Bengaluru/Bangalore, Karnataka. In this role, you will design, code, and enhance custom software solutions and components across various systems and applications. You will leverage modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and optimizing existing software, actively participating in team discussions, and contributing to problem-solving. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and conduct code reviews to ensure high code quality. A key part of this role involves utilizing your expertise in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI), including Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), data modeling, database design, performance tuning of SQL queries, ETL processes, data integration, reporting tools, and data visualization techniques. We require a minimum of 3 years of experience in SSAS and a 15-year full-time education.
