Accenture is seeking an experienced EPM Software Engineer for our Bengaluru/Bangalore office. In this role, you will leverage modular architectures, next-generation integration techniques, and a cloud-first, mobile-first approach to deliver innovative application development solutions. You will work within an Agile framework, contributing to projects of varying scopes and scales.
**Key Responsibilities:** * Drive the end-to-end delivery of Tagetik solutions, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, close processes, and management reporting. * Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to define requirements and implement effective Tagetik solutions. * Ensure Tagetik model architecture, design, and configuration adhere to best practices and business objectives. * Manage data integration and automation between Tagetik and other systems (e.g., ERP, HRIS, Data Warehouse). * Oversee system upgrades, patching, testing, and change control. * Provide project leadership, including planning, stakeholder communication, resource management, and risk mitigation. * Maintain data integrity, implement process controls, and ensure audit readiness within Tagetik environments. * Enhance Tagetik reporting tools, dashboards, and templates. * Train and support end-users to promote adoption and process excellence. * Adhere to quality assurance processes, including reviews and defect management.
**Required Skills & Experience:** * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in EPM/CPM platforms, with at least 2 years of hands-on Tagetik experience. * Proven experience leading teams or managing projects within financial systems or EPM environments. * Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consolidations, statutory and management reporting. * Proficiency in data modeling, ETL, SQL, AIH, and integration techniques. * Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. * 15 years of full-time education.
