Join Google Cloud's innovative team as a Software Engineer, focusing on Google Distributed Cloud (GDC) and its Connected Identity Verification Service (IDVS). You'll be instrumental in developing the software that powers our next-generation self-supporting edge cloud.
As a Software Engineer on the GDC IDVS team in Bengaluru, you will own the design and implementation of critical components for our rack designer validation suite. Your responsibilities will include designing rack layouts and elevations for diverse hardware platforms, and leveraging AI-integrated systems to ensure resilient, self-healing, and high-performing production environments.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and implement rack designer features, UI configuration, focusing on rack elevations, Bill of Materials (BOMs), cables, and devices.
- Drive AIOps advancements by building data pipelines to ingest system telemetry for automated, data-driven decision-making.
- Participate in on-call rotations, applying advanced debugging and systems knowledge to resolve production issues.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to define and execute projects that enhance global infrastructure reliability.
- Proactively problem-solve, foster teamwork, and mentor peers through design and code reviews.
