**Minimum Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. * 2 years of software development experience in one or more programming languages, OR 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
**Preferred Qualifications:** * Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field. * 3 years of experience with data structures and algorithms (academic or industry). * Demonstrated expertise in software design and development. * Programming proficiency in Python, C++, Java/Kotlin, or Golang.
