You will be instrumental in designing and delivering significant software components and feature areas, significantly influencing architectural decisions. Your role will involve leading technical design discussions, breaking down complex work into actionable tasks, and actively contributing to prioritization and unblocking delivery efforts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct thorough code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and champion engineering best practices to enhance team quality and impact. This position requires strong expertise in embedded Linux development, C++ (C++14), device drivers, network programming (TCP/IP, sockets), IP networking concepts, and DevOps practices including Docker and Yocto. Experience with DDS Data Distribution Service and embedded hardware subsystems is highly valued. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a STEM field with 8+ years of software development experience is required.
