Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru/Bangalore. In this role, you will lead moderately complex technical initiatives, contributing to large-scale strategic planning. You will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting software solutions, including upgrades and deployments.
You will tackle complex technical challenges, evaluate technologies, and resolve issues. This position involves leading a team to meet client needs while leveraging a solid understanding of relevant policies and procedures. You'll collaborate with peers and management to achieve goals and serve as an escalation point, providing guidance to less experienced engineers.
**Required Qualifications:** * 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
**Desired Qualifications:** * Full-stack development experience with Java/J2EE, advanced microservices, and event-driven development using Kafka and Kafka Streams. * Proficiency in cloud enablement and front-end development with React or Angular. * Basic knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL. * Strong knowledge of GenAI tools, Cloud technologies (Claud, Co-Polit, MCP), and Agentic Frameworks.
