Quest Global is seeking a Senior Verification & Validation (V&V) Engineer with expertise in ensuring product quality, performance, reliability, and safety standards are met. This role involves in-depth analysis of requirements, development of comprehensive test strategies and procedures, execution of various test types, meticulous defect identification and management, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to guarantee successful product delivery. You will contribute to a dynamic engineering environment that empowers individuals to solve complex problems and make a positive impact on the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Requirements Analysis:** Review and analyze system, software, and hardware requirements, ensuring clarity and testability.
- **Test Planning & Strategy:** Develop V&V plans, define test scope, methodologies, and resources, and create traceability matrices.
- **Test Case Development:** Create detailed test cases, scripts, and procedures for functional, performance, and system testing.
- **Test Execution:** Conduct manual and automated testing, including integration, system, regression, and acceptance tests.
- **Defect Management:** Identify, document, track, and verify defects using standard tools, collaborating with development teams for root cause analysis.
- **Compliance & Quality Assurance:** Ensure adherence to industry standards and maintain V&V documentation.
- **Collaboration & Communication:** Work closely with project managers, engineers, and quality teams, providing status updates and supporting customer reviews.
