As a senior technical leader, you will architect and implement complex software solutions, drive technical excellence, and shape our technical roadmap. This hands-on role involves significant engineering ownership of critical applications, including design, development, and maintenance. You will lead the design and implementation of new features, improve existing code, conduct code reviews, and provide technical mentorship to the team. Your responsibilities will include evaluating product technical feasibility, resolving production issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to define and execute technical strategies. We are looking for expertise in developing event-driven architectures and streaming pipelines with Kafka for high-volume data processing, ensuring data reliability and fault tolerance. You'll also play a key role in production on-call duties and producing high-quality design documentation.
We are seeking experienced engineers with 10+ years of expertise in Java, Spring Boot microservices, and Cloud Native technologies, including at least 2 years in a lead or principal capacity. Proficiency in AWS/EKS, SQL/NoSQL, and API development is essential. Experience with domain-driven modeling and designing critical, interconnected applications is highly valued. A background in SRE practices and excellent problem-solving and communication skills are expected. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of service mesh technologies like Istio/Envoy and architecture-level cloud or product certifications.
