JPMorgan Chase is seeking a seasoned Software Engineer III to join our Consumer and Community Banking team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be a key member of an agile team, responsible for designing and delivering secure, stable, and scalable technology solutions. You will leverage your expertise to develop critical technology solutions across various business functions, contributing to the firm's business objectives.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions using Agentic/GenAI frameworks. You will research and apply prompt and context engineering techniques to optimize Large Language Model (LLM) performance. Building and maintaining scalable data processing pipelines, Data Lakes, and workflows using Databricks will be a core part of your work, enabling machine learning operations. You will also analyze data to derive insights and optimize business outcomes.
Effective communication of technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders is essential. You will utilize a range of AWS services, including S3, Lambda, Redshift, Athena, Step Functions, MSK, EKS, and Data Lake architectures. Collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders is key to delivering high-quality data solutions. We encourage a proactive approach where you will independently drive assignments and solve problems.
