Join the Payroll Imports & Onboarding team, a critical function within Rippling Global Payroll. This team is responsible for the end-to-end customer onboarding and payroll import experience across 40+ countries. We build the platform that enables customers to migrate to Rippling payroll with speed, accuracy, and minimal manual effort.
In this role, you will architect and build robust systems for payroll data ingestion, transformation, validation, and import processing. You'll tackle complex challenges at the intersection of distributed systems, financial correctness, and operational scale. This includes designing and implementing validation systems, import migration platforms, and ETL pipelines that handle messy real-world data and ensure accurate payroll configurations.
You will collaborate closely with numerous engineering and operational teams, driving critical platform initiatives. Your work will directly impact the ease and speed with which customers adopt Rippling payroll, making this a high-leverage opportunity with significant business impact.
