Société Générale Global Solution Centre is seeking a Lead Fullstack Software Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru/Bangalore. This role focuses on the development and maintenance of our Developer Portal, requiring a strong foundation in both frontend and backend technologies. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and leading the creation of scalable, high-performance web applications.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and high-performance web applications.
- Defining and enforcing technical standards, best practices, and design patterns within the development team.
- Mentoring, guiding, and providing technical leadership to team members.
- Conducting code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to standards.
- Fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
We are looking for candidates with 6-8 years of experience, demonstrating expertise in:
- **Frontend:** JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js
- **Backend:** Node.js, Nest.js
- **Databases:** PostgreSQL, MongoDB
- **Tools & Infrastructure:** Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, ELK stack
- **CI/CD & Artifact Management:** Artifactory, JFrog
- **Testing Frameworks**
- **Leadership Skills**
