About the Job
Join yoonka as a Senior Zuora Developer & Billing Systems Engineer and take ownership of our critical Zuora billing platform. You will be instrumental in configuring, enhancing, and supporting Zuora's billing, payments, and subscription management capabilities. This role involves developing and maintaining integrations, optimizing workflows, and ensuring smooth production operations.
**Key Responsibilities:** * Configure and enhance Zuora Billing, Payments, and Subscription models, including subscription lifecycle management and bill runs. * Design, build, and support integrations using Zuora APIs and ZOQL. * Develop and optimize Zuora Workflows for automation. * Create and manage HTML-based invoice templates and billing document templates. * Work with Zuora Orders and Order Line Items. * Provide production support, including troubleshooting, month-end reconciliations, and performance tuning. * Implement DevOps practices for Zuora releases (CI/CD). * Integrate Zuora with other systems, potentially including Salesforce, payment gateways, tax systems, e-commerce platforms, and data/analytics platforms.
