Join Recro as a Staff Software Engineer in Mumbai to build the next generation of AI and Generative AI platforms. In this on-site role, you will architect and develop scalable Python backend systems, deploy and scale AI/ML models, and design robust microservices, APIs, and data pipelines. You will own cloud infrastructure using AWS, GCP, Terraform, and Kubernetes, and drive technical decisions across teams and client engagements.
We are looking for experienced backend engineers with 8+ years of experience, a strong foundation in Python, microservices, and distributed systems. Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms is essential. Prior experience deploying ML/AI systems, especially with Large Language Models (LLMs), is highly beneficial.
