We are seeking a Staff Data Platform Engineer with strong systems engineering expertise to architect and deliver internal frameworks for data ingestion, transformation, observability, and self-serve analytics. You will build scalable, multi-tenant ingestion pipelines, including Change Data Capture (CDC) with Debezium, and develop robust tooling to ensure data quality and platform health. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern open-source and cloud-native technologies, shape the developer experience for data engineers, and influence core architectural decisions at the intersection of data engineering, infrastructure, and platform strategy.
