NVIDIA's Aerial Algorithms team is seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer to drive the development and enhancement of Radio Access Network (RAN) algorithms, with a strong emphasis on AI/ML technologies. This role offers the exciting opportunity to contribute to the advancement of 5G and 6G networks by leveraging NVIDIA's leading compute platforms to revolutionize software-defined digital signal processing.
As a key member of the Aerial team, you will lead system build initiatives. Your responsibilities will include the research, design, and development of RAN algorithms for 5G/6G Physical (PHY) and MAC-Scheduler layers. You will integrate cutting-edge strategies such as AI/ML and Deep Learning, and explore techniques like Raytracing. A critical aspect of this role involves enabling the efficient realization of these algorithms on GPU-accelerated systems, meticulously evaluating design and implementation trade-offs.
You will also collaborate closely with customers and ecosystem partners, providing support for integration, system simulations, performance benchmarking, and optimizations.
