Empower India is seeking a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru/Bangalore, Karnataka. In this hands-on role, you will be instrumental in all project lifecycle stages, from requirements gathering to development and production deployment. You'll contribute to building robust client-side web applications using JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS and React, alongside powerful RESTful Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Security web services. Your responsibilities will include constructing, testing, and maintaining user interface programs and components, developing client programs and sub-systems, and ensuring technical designs align with business needs. You will also collaborate with Business Analysts, contribute to UI code evaluations, and implement quality assurance standards.
