Join Commonwealth Bank's Retail Technology team in Bengaluru as a Senior Staff Software Engineer. **Responsibilities:**

- Develop and deploy high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate across enterprise teams for successful solution delivery.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members.

**Required Skills & Experience:**
- 12+ years of relevant hands-on software development experience.
- Experience as a Technical Engineering Manager is required.
- Proficiency in managing full-cycle engineering teams.
- Experience in creating high-level solution architecture flows.
- Familiarity with BIAN architecture and Microservices Architecture.
- Expertise in .NET Core, React JS, Typescript, Node.js, Python.
- Strong experience with REST, GraphQL, and API Development.
- Database experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, and AWS Aurora.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms like AWS.
- Familiarity with AI-powered engineering tools (e.g., Cline, GitHub Copilot).
- Proven experience in mentoring, code reviews, and creating blueprints.
- Strong understanding of Secure Coding Practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
**Qualifications:** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology Engineering.
