Join NetApp Excellerator as a Senior Software Engineer in Bengaluru/Bangalore, Karnataka. You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining cloud-based solutions, tackling complex challenges, and driving feature deployment in production environments. This role involves designing and implementing managed cloud services, with a strong emphasis on Golang and Python. You will collaborate with the Software Engineering team, participate in the full software development lifecycle from product design to delivery, and troubleshoot issues. We are seeking individuals with a deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and REST API design. Experience with distributed systems, container technologies (Kubernetes & Docker), and cloud service APIs (AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly desirable. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and improving system health, availability, and latency, and working with infrastructure components like hypervisors and cloud storage. This role also offers opportunities for mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team growth. Incident management and 24x7 on-call rotations are part of the role. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with 8-12 years of hands-on coding experience, is required.
