This is a hands-on, senior technologist role responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade software solutions. You will partner with Product, Business Stakeholders, and Technology Partners to build scalable, secure, and reliable applications. A key aspect of this role involves pragmatically applying Generative AI tools to enhance developer productivity, code quality, and delivery efficiency, while adhering to enterprise standards.
In this role, you will: * Lead complex, company-wide technology initiatives. * Develop and implement company-wide best practices for engineering large-scale technology solutions. * Design, code, test, debug, and document software for projects and programs. * Analyze complex technology solutions against business objectives and technical challenges. * Make informed decisions on engineering standards, influencing technology teams to drive new initiatives. * Collaborate with technical experts to resolve complex issues. * Mentor engineers on modern practices and the effective use of GenAI tools. * Drive automation, CI/CD adoption, and production readiness. * Support releases and troubleshoot production issues, contributing to root-cause analysis. * Ensure solutions comply with security, risk, data privacy, and responsible AI guidelines.
