Join Amazon's Selection Monitoring team and help build and operate large-scale data processing systems that power Amazon's catalog intelligence. We process billions of products from diverse data sources, applying parallel processing, machine learning, and deep learning to create high-quality product information that informs business decisions and improves customer experience. You will design and build state-of-the-art data pipelines and Information Retrieval (IR) systems, tackling challenges in distributed systems, streaming and batch processing, Elastic Computing, Big Data, and Artificial Intelligence at a global scale. We are seeking experienced Software Development Engineers (SDEs) with a passion for solving complex problems and a strong background in engineering large-scale software systems. This role requires a high degree of ownership, from design to coding, testing, and deployment, with a focus on driving end-to-end solutions and measurable impact in areas like data engineering, real-time and batch processing, observability, AI, big data, and cloud-scale distributed systems.
